Plan door seals, interior hardware and everyday repairs before winter with a clear, photo-supported handyman request.
Check door seals and sweeps
Look for visibly worn weatherstripping and gaps around doors. Take close-ups of the existing seals and a full-door photo. A sticking door may need a fit assessment as well as a new seal; water ingress or major damage needs separate review.
Review everyday indoor repairs
List loose handles, torn removable screens, damaged baseboards and small wall dents. Group related work with photos and measurements so the estimate can cover the actual tasks.
Document outdoor concerns
