What you send us

When you request a job, FIXDAY collects your name, email, phone number, postal code, job description, preferred visit time and any photos you choose to upload. Do not include identity documents, payment information or other sensitive information in your photos.

How it is used

Your information is used to review the job, contact you about the request, plan a possible visit and keep a record of your enquiry. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the site’s database and uploaded photos in private file storage. They are not published on the website. Hosting providers process the information needed to operate the site.

Your choices

Photos are optional. To ask to correct or delete information, quote your request reference to the FIXDAY team when they contact you. We will review the request and any records that need to be retained.
